Low-Key Club

This agreement is made between Low-Key Club and the Member. The Low-Key Club in which you are able to enroll includes the following:

• Access to our private Low-Key Club community on the Circle platform, where you can engage with other members if you choose.

• Access to Francesca for private 1:1 support via Circle direct messaging.

• Weekly content uploaded that includes a variation of movement videos, breath work videos, meditation recordings and downloadable.

Payment

• Your credit card will be kept on file and charged monthly ($20 USD/month) or annually ($220 USD/year) until you cancel.

• The start date of your membership is the date you join your current membership tier, and this is the date on which your card will be charged each month.

• Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time.

• All payments are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Please note that due to the nature of this product, no refunds will be issued after purchase.

Cancellation

• In the event of a cancellation, full Low-Key Club access will remain available until the end of the monthly or annual billing cycle. To complete cancellation, member agrees to give written notice via email to hello@lowkeyspiritual.com

Confidentiality:

‍All materials and information shared in this program are confidential and the property of Low-Key Spiritual. Members may not copy, share or distribute any of these materials outside of the membership. This encompasses both written and audio content and is included but not limited to, discussion posts, downloadable content, and recorded videos.

This program makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. It does not promise or guarantee a particular mental health outcome. In no event is this program or its leaders responsible for consequential or special damages. Please also keep in mind that this program does not serve as a substitute for the advice of any other professional, such as a healthcare worker or doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Outside of weekly DM support, this program does not offer any exclusive or one-to-one access with Francesca Budesheim. We also reserve the right to remove members from the club at any time due to reasons of hateful or harmful speech or energetic misalignment. Members removed for this reason will not receive a refund of any kind.

Terms of this agreement are subject to change and we reserve the right to do so.

Low-Key Club Community Guidelines

• All information included in the program and shared by members is to be kept within the group and cannot be shared or distributed outside of Low-Key Club.

• This is a safe, inclusive space to be you. We thrive on kindness and compassion. Please be respectful in the language, tone, and content of your posts. Any hateful comments & members will be removed.

• In addition to inclusivity, we do not support a particular religion or dogma. Please respect our diversity.

• No unsolicited pitches or self-promotion. If another member directly asks for recommendations and you have a trusted source or lead, then we encourage you to offer that up!

• Francesca will be answering DMs and occasionally offer live sessions, but if you would like additional support you can work with Francesca 1:1 via therapeutic coaching here.
